常常听见有十一年级的家长抱怨孩子写功课的时间怎么那么长,完成功课之余还要准备考试?常常只有3、4个钟头的睡眠时间,怎么够?身体都被拖垮了,功课成绩也没见上去云云。

窃以为这样强度的学习状态即使是大人也受不了,何况是孩子。现在给初中的孩子警醒一下。读完初中升高中,高中之后还有大学,大学结束后,甚至还有人会去研究所进修,道路十分漫长。期间,要求的学习研究强度更大,学生需要投入更多。所以,培养高效的时间规划能力,刻不容缓!即要learn how to study smarter, not harder! 在此,奥法献上8个高效学习建议,让学生掌握高效的时间规划能力:

1. Get Organized

预先制定计划

On the very first day of class, print out the class syllabus and add important due dates to any type of planner. Making a plan for what you are going to do and when you’re going to do it will make sure you are always ahead of the curve.

开学初,找到老师提供的课程大纲,并将重要的截止日期添加到你的记事表或是其他任何类型的效率app中。对于你将要做什么,提前计划。

2. Study

掌握正确的学习方法

This one might be obvious, but did you know that there is a right way and a wrong way to study? Review your material several days ahead of time, in small chunks, and in different manners. In other words, don’t cram.

提前对考试的内容分块复习,滚动式复习。不要临时抱佛脚。

3. Set a Schedule

列出有效的时间表

Do you work better right after school or after you have eaten dinner? Each day is allowed to have different schedule depending on your situation. Are you more productive in half-hour or 90-minute block? Find a schedule that works for you and stick to it.

你是在半小内时还是在90分钟内注意力更集中?效率更高?根据自己的情况不同,有效的利用这一点去做计划,在这一段时间内执行自己的学习计划,之后适当的放松个5-10分钟后再次投入学习中,做到张弛有度,能节省很多时间。

4. Divide It Up

管理你的学习内容

Studying isn’t fun to begin with, and forcing yourself through a study marathon will only make it worse. Dividing your work into manageable chunks and rewarding yourself when you finish each chunk will make studying more fun. You should review each subject every day according to you schedule.

一味的投入学习会让大多数人感觉乏味,就像强迫自己进行马拉松式的学习只会让情况变得更糟糕。管理你的学习内容,分板块、分阶段进行;不能偏科,做到每一科都投入一定的精力;每一天的学习要分清楚主次,今天在那一科上投入更多?是需要你依据自己的情况去思考和计算的;适当的奖励自己也会让学习更有趣。

5. Manage Your Study Space

管理你的学习空间

Find a place and the way that will maximize your productivity. Look for places away from the television and other distractions. Ask your friends and families to not interrupt you during your scheduled study time. If you don’t stay online and turn off your cell phone then they will know you are serious. You will find some of your friends soon stop asking you to do things together. When this happen, remind yourself that your real friends are those who are supporting you, not the ones who abandon you.

在预定的学习时间内,寻找远离手机、电脑以及其他干扰的地方,专注执行你的学习计划。在这段时间内请朋友和家人不要去打扰你。体谅你的朋友很快就会停止要求你一起做事情。反之在这种情况下,仍有朋友发生抱怨你并不再理你的情形,那就需要提醒自己,真正的朋友是会支持你的,而不会抛弃你。

6. Take Notes

记笔记

Taking notes will not only keep you more engaged during class, but will also help you narrow down what you need to study when exam time rolls around. Especially some teachers strictly asked the method shall exactly the same as he/she does, without notes then you have nothing to follow.

记笔记可以使你在上课时更投入,而且记录的内容重点可以加深你的理解,缩小考试复习的范围。尤其当一些老师对于解题的思路方式做严格要求时,笔记能帮助你回忆上课的情境,加深你对老师思路的理解。

7. Don’t Multitask

不要一心多用

Studies have shown that multitasking is physically impossible. Stick on a few extra curriculum and focus more on study which will make sure you can survive in college.

研究表明,同时兼顾多科目几乎是不可能的。适当的选择并坚持一些课外活动并更多地去关注学习,才能打好数理基础并确保你能在大学里通过生存的考验。

8. Sleep

保证充足的睡眠

Don’t underestimate the importance of those eight hours of sleep every night. Getting a good night’s rest will sharpen your focus and improve your working memory. Some students go to bed right after school and wake up late night to start to study that will certainly affect the efficiency for the next day at school. If you are really tired just take a nap on a couch even 10 minutes you will feel it’s like an hour and you are fully recover from the tired.

不要低估睡眠的重要性。青少年时期,保证每晚基本8小时的睡眠时间和良好的睡眠质量,将有助于改善你的记忆力和注意力。一些学生放学后先睡觉,然后很晚才开始学习,这一定会影响第二天的上课效率。如果你真的很疲倦,那么打个10分钟的盹,也会达到一个小时的休息效果,将你从疲倦中释放出来。
